Independent repair-only engineer for commercial awnings and canopies across London and the M25. We repair retractable awnings, shopfront awnings, entrance canopies and terrace covers. We do not sell or install new awnings — ever.
Every repair below is completed on-site where possible, with matched materials and OEM-equivalent parts.
Frayed edges, split seams, tears from wind damage and detached valances repaired on-site. Where the original fabric is beyond repair, we recover the awning in matched material — restoring appearance without replacing the frame or mechanism.
Seized arms, failed springs, worn pivots, jammed cassettes and winding gear faults diagnosed and repaired. We carry common parts on the van so most mechanism faults are fixed in one visit.
Burnt-out motors, failed control boards, non-responsive remotes and failed wind sensors repaired or replaced. We test and re-commission automatic systems after every repair.
Corroded frames, bent sections, loosened wall fixings and failed frame joints repaired. We also reseal glass and polycarbonate canopy panels where water ingress is an issue.
Fixed entrance canopies on offices, hotels and healthcare buildings — frame straightening, panel replacement, resealing and fixing repairs. No installation work.
Hospitality awnings that open and close dozens of times a day take real wear. We repair fabric, mechanisms and motors, often on same-day call-outs so you don’t lose trading hours.
Traditional shopfront awnings, Dutch blinds, Victorian-style canopies and modern shopfront covers repaired — matched fabric and traditional stitching available for heritage frontages.
Regular servicing on commercial awnings catches fabric and mechanism wear before it becomes a bigger problem. It is also how you get the longest life out of what you already own.

We are an independent repair engineer — not a call centre, not a national franchise and not a sales operation.
No. We are a repair-only business. We do not sell, install or supply new awnings and canopies. Every job is a repair or a service to existing equipment.
We repair retractable awnings, folding arm awnings, cassette awnings, shopfront awnings, Dutch blinds, entrance canopies, walkway canopies, terrace covers and free-standing canopy structures.
In most cases yes. If the fabric is sound apart from a tear, split seam or detached section, we can restitch or patch it. Full fabric recovery is available when the original is beyond repair — but that is a repair, not a replacement sale.
Our target response time across London and the M25 is 45–90 minutes for emergency call-outs.
No. When we carry out the repair, there is no call-out fee. You only pay for the work done and the parts used.
Every repair is quoted individually after diagnosis. We give a fixed price before any work starts, and there’s no call-out fee on completed repairs. Repair is almost always cheaper than replacement.
Yes. Service contracts include scheduled inspections, safety checks, priority emergency response and preferential rates on repairs.
